Basic Addition Package

This package includes the basic drawings required to obtain a building permit:

-Unfinished basement plan
-Ground floor plan
-Elevations based on facades affected
-1 cross-section
-2 full size sets of prints

The fee for the package described above is based on $1.50 per square foot with a minimum charge of $1,500 + Hst.  This fee is based on redrawing the existing portion of the building affected prior to the addition.  If existing blueprints are not provided an additional fee will be added for site measuring and travel distance.  This amount would then be added to the quote.

Additional charges due to revisions made after completion, site visits, additional prints, etc. will be invoiced monthly based on time and expenses.
