This package includes the basic drawings required to obtain a building permit:

-Unfinished basement plan
-Ground floor plan

-2 full size sets of prints

The fee for the package described above is based on $1.25 to $1.50 per square foot with a minimum charge of $1,500 + Hst. This fee is based on minor design input, minimal complexity and no site visits.

Additional charges due to revisions made after completion, site visits, additional prints, etc. will be invoiced monthly based on time and expenses. Expenses will be itemised and copies of the receipts will be provided.
