All fees do not include any structural, mechanical, electrical &/or civil engineering costs.

Items noted below are to be provided by owner, or if requested can be acquired by Custom CADD.  The fees billed to Custom CADD for those particular services would be passed on to the client as disbursements.

Required for permit in all municipalities:

-Heat gain & Heat Loss Calculations
-Septic Design (If no municipal sewers)
-Engineered floor & truss package
-Any other structural engineering

Required for permit in some municipalities:

-Electrical drawings
-Plumbing drawings
-Professional site grading plan

Optional per clients request:

-Landscape Design
